Do you yearn to be more creative? Have you been wanting to express yourself more fully, and bring more adventure into your life? Maybe "The Artist's Way" has been sitting on your bookshelf for years, and you’ve wanted to dive in but have lacked the community and accountability to see it through. If so, this workshop is for you!

This eight-week group creates community around creative practice, inviting you into a process of discovering, healing, and transforming your relationship to your creativity and the brilliant artist you know you are deep down.

What is The Artist’s Way - Creative Process Group?

Whether you’ve felt creatively blocked or burned out, this creative process group provides a safe place to tap into the flow of your creativity. The process of connecting to your creative spirit, while deeply personal, is rooted in basic principles you will learn along the way.

Through 8 sessions, you are guided through a practice that helps you unblock your creative flow, whether the block is caused by fear, self-sabotage, guilt, grief, or many other limiting beliefs.

As a result of this work, you will:

  • Excavate buried dreams

  • Learn to recognize and resolve fears blocking your creativity

  • Move beyond the pain of creative constriction

  • Acknowledge and discard old ideas about creativity

  • Develop practices to reinvigorate and cultivate your creativity

  • Instill a deeper sense of self and safety in pursuing the path you choose

  • Embrace new confidence & gain the ability to create more freely

  • Nurture your inner artist

  • Connect with a community of like-minded people to support your journey now and in the future
